Since 1987, Linda has assisted a diverse clientele

achieve their business goals by delivering strategic

training programs which incorporate interactive accelerated-learning methods.

Her groundbreaking keynote and executive consultation packages, "Why Customers Sue...Exploding the Common Myths and Regaining Control Over Lawsuits,” offer powerful strategies for reducing customers’ and patients' motivation to sue.

Linda has been a guest lecturer at the University of Texas Graduate School of Business, a communications faculty member at St. Edwards University, and a senior examiner for the Greater Austin Quality Award.  She has been on faculty at the University of Texas Instructor Certificate Program and served as president of the Austin chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.  For over 18 years, she was an affiliate senior consultant with a global training company.

Linda has a bachelor's degree in secondary education (speech communications and business) from

Texas Tech University and holds numerous facilitation certifications.  She is also a certified instructor of

Louise L. Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life" seminars.
